August 10 - 11, 2013 Hour 1

Jill Fritz, Director of the group known as "Keep Michigan Wolves Protected," will offer the groups reasoning behind why they feel that Michigan should not hunt wolves starting November 15th. The group closely tied to the anti hunting organization the Humane Society of The United States, plans anti wolf hunting rallies around the state with visits by CEO, Wayne Pacelli. This is the same organization whose well funded efforts led to the placement of Proposal 3 in 2006 to end dove hunting in Michigan. 

Our good friend Bill Hawk will get us ready for the early goose season in September with info on scouting the fields, decoy set ups and tips you may find helpful in securing permission to hunt private lands.
