Episode # 715 - Feast Of St. Stevens

TGIF today everyone, as Father Anthony is coming from a funeral this morning and Christina is preparing to leave for her family trip to Mexico today too.   Gerri and Tony are in studio today as well and are doing well and spirits are high too for the upcoming concert by Adam Chlebek this weekend too.  Thoughts are going on for school starting at the St Stanislaus Kostka School with kids getting ready to come back, but nice weekend is being predicted/forecasted, from the weather.  Today is the Feast of St. Stevens and still the celebration of Winds of Change being on the air for it's third year too.  The concept of the Dark Ages or Medieval Times are talked about, related to topics today and how similar, but different things are, for one thing we have technology that is very different and more advanced and many say these Medieval times were a time of superstition and corruption, and they were, but things were different then than they are now.  After the first break, a history of St Stevens is shared for our listeners in honor of his Feast Day today.  Talk of food is also brought up once again too and talk of hunger too, (which is only natural).  Also, the discussion turns again toward the recent Gospel readings and deals with the Love of God and God's love for us.
