Episode # 731 - Discipleship And Being Disciples

On this good Tuesday, everyone is excited to have Christina back today as she shares about her workshop she attended yesterday and what she did and worked on, as well as learned too.  Christina feels like a new person after going to this workshop.  Coffee seems to be helping Father Anthony today in terms of helping him calm down and talks about the work being done on fixing the Church.  Everyone seems to be doing great today too, poor Tony is going through today on very little sleep, but the show helps him out in but it seems that nothing can or no one can do anything about the extreme heat today, that seems to be allowing some schools to close, as well as affect everyone’s feelings.  Father Anthony shares a personal story today about a couple he knows, about the relationship, marriage, and life together, which relates toward the goodness in people and good people.  “This or that or whatever,” is Father Anthony’s saying today.  Father Anthony informs us all about future guests on the show to talk to them about various and special things coming up in the next few months, including Sister Jean of St. Stans.  Father Anthony talks about a movie that has had an interesting effect on not only himself, but others he mentions during the show, possibly an impact too.  The discussion turns toward the Pope and his recent address reminding us about following Christ and what it’s meanings are, as well as dealing a previous topic of discussion; discipleship and being disciples.  Since it’s coming up, everyone talks a bit about Halloween and the fun and fears about this particular holiday, but the discussion of being disciples continues and Father Anthony feels great about the coffee today he has had too and finally Father Anthony tells us how we can recognize that we are disciples due to our actions and speaking.
