Celebrating God’s work; celebrating our work!

On Labor Day, Pastor Barbara Moyer Lehman spoke of the diverse ways persons involved with Park View Mennonite Church are engaged with our community through their paid and volunteer work. If we follow God as disciples of Jesus Christ, then everything we do is an opportunity to serve God and engage in ministry. Pastor Barbara gave persons in the congregation the chance to talk about how what they do is ministry. In 1 Thessalonians 5:12-15 Paul wrote that the church should honor and respect those persons who work, and as we work, to honor and respect those with whom we work.
