TGIF once again and things are going ok for everyone. Gerri tells us today that the people yesterday came late to take here blood, but reflections are on the business that is and was going on here at St. Stans. Tony has the day off and Producer Nick shares his work schedule going on. Since today is about close to the end of September, Father Anthony talks about people associated with the Church, especially ones along the lines of being slaves. Father Anthony also talks about what Sunday used to be for him and everyone else shares that too, explaining how different it is now, as well as the different days of rest for various cultures and religioins are and how important they are in terms of reasons of being quiet and restful, but also a feeling of recharge and to be with those we care about, family and friends. The subject Gerri brings up is how people do this with malls, but the drawback or other side to that is once you're there, the feeling of having to buy something or somethings comes up on us, a feeling of shopping, which in turn serves it's purpose. Father Anthony also talks about President Obama and his recent dealings with The Little Sisters Of The Poor, resulting in some very interesting financial things, as well as government involvement and the idea our Government is in a state of dysfunction as Father Anthony points out and that people are realizing that. This discussion relates to the earlier one of Days of Rest. After the second break, Father Anthony once again talks about Pope Francis and his recent discussions and sayings, in particular "You can't know Jesus without problems," which leads to unification within the Church community and Universal Family.
