Father Anthony is here, along with Christina, Gerri, and Tony here on Monday. Today's the Feast St. Gerome and many feast days this week, as well as October starting up tomorrow/Tuesday since today is the last day of September. Father Anthony still a bit sick and tells us he went to the hospital over the weekend, something he hasn't done for a very long time, but he is ok and tells his story and proof he's ok by talking today and singing at the mass over the weekend too. Producer Nick, is in good spirits, but shares with listeners the recent morning tragedy of two CTA trains crashing into each other. With that tragedy this morning and other tragic/stressful things, the discussion of Hell is shared today, but first the history of St Gerome. Also, God Himself is also talked about, how since He's good, but some question along the lines of the bad, as well as; light & dark, good & evil, right & wrong. Since Heaven is talked about more, we tend to avoid the discussion or talk about Hell because we all hope we are going to Heaven, but the fear of Hell is with us, as well as worry. So, Father Anthony talks about the subject/place/topic of Hell this time. Another subject shared is along the lines of both these subjects, but how people can be irritating at times or do irritating things, which relates to the subject of Hell. The question discussed with this is: "Why do people tend to avoid talking about Hell?" and also why we shy away from talking about it.
