Kate Veidreyaki was a International Competitive swimmer that started as a Strength and Conditioning Coach after being an athlete at the University of Alabama.  She has worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach at the University of Memphis before becoming the High Performance Manager with the Malaysian Institute of Sport.  Currently she is the owner of Optimal Performance Solutions and the founder of the Australian Sport Performance Network.
