#167 Where did JC Penny Go Wrong?

JC Penny has been in business for 100 years.  Cleraly they did a lot of things right over the years to stay in business as other retailers have come and gone.  But these days, they are struggling as they try to be something they are not. 

 

What would you do to turn the situation around?  Well Allison and Lorraine certainly have some ideas for them.
