ONRS - Local news and penis chat

So its another fantastic bamboozle. Owen is joined by Ty in the second seat, Travis in the third, before guests bombard the studio as the show progresses. Tonight we evaluate several "Local News" stories from around the US and we all get a laugh. Ian leaves us a voicemail which prompts us to talk of things "Penis"...Then because the word was spoken, magically graced us with his presence. 

Ehh, other things happened, involving hand sanitizer, human powered helicopters, and mean hockey dads.
