Episode # 763 - Halloween And The Importance Of Prayer

The topic of choice today is Halloween since that is coming up next week.  Producer Nick talks about his Halloween Party and how successful it was and how much fun every one had and who dressed up as who or what.  Also, everyone in studio today shares their feelings on the Christian facts, connections, and ideas of Halloween, such as Death, The Devil, graves, ghosts, and other things on this holiday and how things like The Devil and Death are defeated here and kids, as well as people, are not or not to be afraid perhaps.  Also, how it now closely resembles Christmas since decorations have changed due to lights now being used by many houses.  After the first break, Father Anthony turns the topic toward the subject of recent readings going on and talked about, as well as people too bringing up a conversation with everyone regarding a story around a phone call from a woman in Iowa with a man named Vincent and dealing with talking to Angels  This also relates to the main topic of discussion, the importance of prayer and being able to pray and commanded by God to pray to him during times other than mass, such as relaxing, walking, exercising, and others.  A reminder from Father Anthony is that it’s ok to ask for guidance and to talk to God and get a shield of protection perhaps from Him.
