Happy Veterans Day everyone and the Monday after the weekend for everyone, for as Father Anthony has, as well as everyone has had a busy morning, despite the fact that it's gloomy, raining, and possibly the first snow will fall today too. But besides all that, everyone is ok and doing good. Also, things are getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas, especially the stores and shops getting ready with decorations and shopping soon. The recent Typhoon that struck the Philippians is the major subject today, the largest ever recorded it has been pointed out, with us sending out our thoughts and prayers to all who are going through that, and that they need help NOW. Several locations destroyed; hospitals, airports, and casualties of at least 10,000 and without power for months. This tragedy brings up others to talk about, such as Hurricane Katrina and Super Storm Sandy. On a positive note, Veterans Day is talked about, honoring our service men and women and Veterans, as well as the history of this day. Father Anthony brings up the discussion again on prayer and it's importance, as well as back to the discussion last week regarding marriage, allowing us to see things with human eyes, leading to a journey to a full life. After the second break, Father Anthony shares the fact that prayer is fundamental and to not only bring us closer to God, but bring God closer to us as well.
