Paradigm Shift

There is a good chance that if we have been failing to solve a problem, the reason why we are failing is that our understanding of the problem is flawed.

When this happens, what we need is a paradigm shift.

We need to step back and challenge our assumptions about the nature of the problem itself and come at it from a different angle.

The new angle might not be right either, but at least we are trying something new.

I feel this way about bullying elimination.

The old paradigms clearly don’t work.

Not well anyway. 

We need a new paradigm.
