Episode # 787 - Thanksgiving Memories And History

The day before Thanksgiving and everyone is either really stressed out or distressed with lot's to do before that.  The weather isn't helping it seems for Producer Nick, Christina and Gerri share how they feel stressed out, but Father Anthony assures us all that there is light and things will get better for us all.  Advent is also coming up next week as well and everyone this morning too reminds everyone to be careful traveling out there on the roads and highways.  Also, Christina wishes here Mother a Happy Birthday since that is today.  Father Anthony asks everyone what is Thanksgiving to you or what comes to mind when this holiday is here or coming up, sharing Thanksgiving memories about this wonderful holiday, being together with family, friends, and all being peaceful as Gerri says.  Tony makes it in to the show finally after facing the holiday travelers making their way to their holiday destinations, but what everyone does for/on Thanksgiving is continued.  The history of Thanksgiving is shared as well, from it's beginnings from the First Thanksgiving held when the Pilgrims came to America welcomed by the Indians/Native Americans and when it first became a National holiday by President Lincoln.  The season of Advent is discussed further on in the show as well.  And Everyone, Happy Thanksgiving.
