You know that feeling where you've been up late the night before and then had to get up early to rush to a radio studio to pre-record a show that's due to go out in 3 weeks time with no prepared material but you felt reasonably confident that you can correct that by arriving early to prep only to discover that you end up using that time to sit in a car eating pasties and chatting non-radio related nonsense with your co-host before realising you've used up all your prep time and have to do the show with nothing more than doodles on you show notes? Yes? Well you'll not be surprised by what you find in this podcast then.

Somehow we manage to pull it together with the help of giggling fits and longer than normal song choices.
