Greetings, This month we follow-up from the "Mars, Now and Then" session coming a week later. Tia gives some astral travel advice that years later is still helping people improve their skills. Using breathing techniques, posture and imagination, she provides the tools that may help the beginning astral traveler. Omal worked next with explaining meta-concerts and helped us with a demonstration that if not done correctly, could be a dangerous exercise.
