Episode # 794 - The Feast Of St. Nicholas

TGIF once again loyal listeners and today is St. Nicholas Day too, being the major topic of discussion for Father Anthony and everyone.  Also, on a sad note, another topic is the tragic passing of former South African leader Nelson Mandela Thursday, for he's remembered today and his past talked about, as well as the kind of man he was, being caring and helpful.  St. Nicholas is discussed further since today is his feast day, some of the traits he has for Christmas are talked about, such as coming down the chimney and gift giving.  Other topics today include talking further on St. Nicholas Day, as well as readings of the Gospel again that have been read at mass here at St. Stanislaus Kostka, and putting our trust in God in our times of need or horrific things going on in the world today, having the strength and His strength to carry us through.                                                                                                                    .
