Homelessness revisited in Regina

Today Tatenda Chikukwa and Jim Hutchings were discussing homelessness in Regina with Dan Lindsay on Human Rights Radio.  Dan has been working in this field for a long time and has some opinions on what strategies work and what strategies don't.  He is heartened by the resources committed to the problem by city hall and Police and other emergency response groups but says it's not enough.  Senior governments have to do more to support the workers on the front line who are trying to solve this problem, one person at a time.
