Marks has extensive knowledge in the health and wellness industries with 30 years of experience developing new healthcare strategies to reduce medical costs. After completing his undergraduate work at Emory University and graduate school at Tulane in the School of Public Health and Hospital Administration, he spent 30 years working with fitness centers, corporations, insurance companies and Governors’ Councils developing new strategies to promote wellness and manage health care costs through a variety of approaches.
