Episode # 799 - Friday The 13th And Feast Of St. Lucy

TGIF, even if it is Friday the 13th, but everyone is doing ok and Gerri is here again, along mentioning Tony brought his wife Angelica here today.  Excitement is in the air, but also snow coming too, making kids happy and who is going to be doing the shoveling of the snow comes to mind.  Producer Nick is looking forward to seeing the Hobbit part 2 coming out and leads to a discussion on that and The Lord Of The Rings briefly.  However, the main focus today is the Feast of St. Lucy today and raises not only history about the day itself and St Lucy, but things in the present, as well as why the 13th was chosen as her Feast day and it's importance and meaning.  Father Anthony also shares with us more history along the lines of things going on and relation to The Feast of St. Lucy today.   On a different topic, Father Anthony shares an article about Pope Francis from Time Magazine about what he has said and talks about the differences between him and other Pope's before him, which has confused some people, as well as the article explains some of the things Pope Francis has done recently or changed.
