Father Anthony, Tony, and Producer Nick in today only, the boys day, and despite it being cold and snowing/snowy outside, Father Anthoy points out and everyone wishes Pope Francis a happy birthday and how he celebrated his birthday by helping out the homeless,as well as beginning of the Octave, Eight Days of Christmas, since it's coming up. Producer Nick shares with everyone how he prepares for Christmas and getting things done, as well as his karaoke singing with friends and gift exchange with friends and family. Tony also talks about that, but feels like he doesn't have enough time to get things done in time. On a different subject, the discussion today relates to again Pope Francis being person of the year and what has changed since his election, such as definition of marriage and others. After the first break, Father Anthony shares another article he read recently, regarding politicians such as Governor Pat Quinn. Also, one of the several questions brought up in this article include, "Why is Chicago the most segregated city?" and with these changes brought about, the usual discussion raised comes up, how will these changes affect the Church. The Octave or Eight Days before Christmas are further talked about by Father Anthony later on in the show.
