Episode # 832 - More On Father Anthony’s Retreat And God’s Love

Father Anthony is back today, along with Christina, Gerri, Tony, Producer Nick and all is good.  The smell of food cooking in the soup kitchen is making everyone hungry, but the first topic is mainly the weather.  Even though it's a warmer (not really) day, compared to the sub-freezing temperatures that have been brutal these past few days, making everyone feel cabin fever and affecting the entire US too.  Also, the discussion turns toward more on grandmothers everyone has and remembers, as well as grandparents in general, as well as on the book: Rediscovering Catholicism.  After that discussion, Father Anthony shares with us his feelings on this morning's Gospel reading, espciecially since it deals with Mother Teressa.  After the first break, Father Anthony shares more inspiring moments from his retreat to Italy, and Tony finally arrives as well.  With this discussion in mind, Father Anthony continues the topic of discussion that has been going on for the past few shows this week, the love of God and how he loves us and cannot not love us.  Towards the end of the show Father Anthony says to all listeners to allow ourselves to accept God's love and have the love of God come in contact with us, to trust Him in our times of need, trouble, and stress.
