The Blessed (Matthew 5:1-12)

This week we begin to look at Jesus' teaching, and we start with the Beatitudes.  These proverb-like blessings hold the key to life in the kingdom of Heaven, a central theme to Jesus' teaching, especially in Matthew's gospel.
