The major focus on the start of the show is non other than the cold and snow, that this winter is the coldest and worst on record for the history books, in comparison to previous snow storms and winters, 1979 in particular and 2014 being the coldest winter in three decades, 22 days being below zero this year so far. Father Anthony shares with us recent speeches and remarks said by the President in relation to topics talked about before, such as killing the innocent in reference to terrorists and abortion. After the first break, The Private Diaries of Pope John Paul The Second are shared after being finally released and published, giving us an insight into Pope John Paul himself, with the Dark Knight (no not Batman) of the soul, with Tony and Gerri voicing their opinions. Father Anthony shares with us the upcoming reading from the Gospel that will be said this Sunday at Mass, and how it makes him feel, relating to that even though dark times and dark things happen, there is always light to help us out and recently, it has.
