Weather control written in 1968, part 1

In 1968 the book Toward the year 2018 was written. It is one of the source documents used by Brzezinski in the book Between two Ages. The fifth chapter is called weather. I, Matterik, read this chapter for the audience and discuss its meaning today in the year 2008 with all the chemtrails in the sky and all the talk about global warming.
