Here's Dodaro's Lecture at The University of Kentucky Febuary 5, 2009 - Bishops and Secular Politics: The View from Augustine (I think). Sorry about the audio quality...I just grabbed it with a conference mic and had to compress and adjust EQ heavily due echo and room noise, so it may sound a bit strange at points, but you can catch what he's saying if you're so inclined.
