Keith Smith, the President of British Fencing, talks about the Cadet and Junior World Championships 2009 in Belfast, his role in British Fencing and his hopes for the future of the sport in the UK. N.B. Within hours of the interview Ed Jefferies won a silver medal in the Junior Men's Foil,  the first British fencer to win a medal in this event since 1976.
