What Does the Bible Teach About Heaven?

Because many people have been pressured by the world's philosophies, the truth of what the Bible teaches is sometimes pushed off into the background.  What does the Bible really teach and have to say about "going to heaven?"  What did Jesus say?  What's the truth? Will the kingdom be coming, or will we be going? When and where will man be rewarded?
