In October 2022, the new Digital Action Plan was launched to develop a both, digital energy infrastructure & digital energy services, and ultimately, an efficient, competitive market. A central aspect of this plan is represented by the concept of Energy Data Spaces.

Together with Martine Gouriet (EDF/GAIA-X), we explore what stands behind this concept and how the future energy system will rely on data-driven energy spaces to manage increasing complexity.
