Episode 10: Ryan Carroll

Ryan Carroll is a chef and has worked at premier restaurants in NYC such as STK, Catch etc. On March 17th, 2020 Ryan was furloughed due to the pandemic. The very next day Ryan wasted no time and started Carroll's Kitchen, a charitable organization designed to feed people in need all over Long Island. In just one year Ryan has turned Carroll's kitchen into one of the most active charitable organizations on Long Island feeding thousands of people a week.
