My Mysterious Bible Episode 1 - Introduction and a look at Elisha cursing children.

This week is an introduction and a quick look into 2 Kings 2:23-25 where it seems that the prophet Elisha curses some children, and dozens of them are killed by two bears. Why would God honor the prophet's curse against children? Is that even what is going on in the text to begin with?
