Bible Study - Elijah and Elisha (35) - The Chariot of Israel and The Horsemen Thereof

4/6/22 - Elijah and Elisha are parted by the fire of God, and Elijah is carried away into heaven. Elisha takes up the mantle and begins his labor for God right where Elijah left off, parting the waters of Jordan.

During times of great darkness, deception, and wickedness God called and equipped two great prophets to service. By the power of God they wrought great miracles, including the first resurrections found in the Bible. They challenged the prophets of Baal, and boldly withstood the wicked kings and leaders of Israel. We pray the Lord will strengthen and encourage our hearts through the study of their lives.
