Signalgate, the Signal thread heard round the world, a major national security leak, happened because of the ineptitude of Trump's national intelligence officials but instead they're blaming... the journalist, Jeffrey Goldberg of The Atlantic, who caught them. This is just the latest in Trump's ramping up of attacks on news media. Today's hearing on PBS and NPR funding didn't help. For leaders who want their actions to remain in the dark, journalists are the enemy, to the detriment of all of us.
