The European Parliament this morning held a lively debate on the draft EU reform deal aimed at keeping Britain within the EU. The draft deal, which includes an "emergency brake" on migrant benefits, paves the way for the UK's EU referendum to take place as early as June. Eurosceptic MEPs have slammed the deal saying it’s weak and meaningless. The Conservative MEP Daniel Hannan says the EU has conceded little to David Cameron.
