He admits he hasn’t yet taken anyone through the entire broker process, but recognizes that many in the industry aren’t actively generating leads and rely too heavily on organic efforts.

 

Moreover, he stays focused on gradual improvement, working to manage his various responsibilities while striving to be just a little better every day.
