Dr. “Amaadi” Coleman aka The Belly Therapist® and Founder of Fit Tribe Wellness is a mother to three sons. She is a fitness and wellness entrepreneur centered on educating and empowering women to lead healthy lifestyles. Amaadi is the creator of Belly Therapy, which is a program that guides the natural healing of diastasis recti (ab muscle separation) for postpartum mothers.
Before diving into fitness and wellness, Amaadi honed her skills in research analysis and data management in the criminal justice and maternal and child health fields. She holds a master’s degree in public policy and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and is currently pursuing her doctorate in physical therapy. She is fluent in Spanish, has extensively traveled the world, and has been exposed to a wide variety of peoples and cultures. Amaadi is extremely passionate about helping women solve problems related to health and healing.
