SADC has finally begun to stir over events in the more than three-year-old insurgency in northern Mozambique. Often folks say "better late than never." In this case, a more apt expression may be, "don't jump in the deep end too quickly."
Three years AFTER the carnage began, any action taken too quickly is likely to make things worse. Sadly, SADC needs to do some deliberate planning. Perhaps a PMC (private military contractor) can fill the gap until SADC gets it act together.
