Lee Goff is an entrepreneur and Marketing Agency Coach who grew up in the deep south, raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi by people who taught him to work hard and do what is right. In this episode Lee talks about his story of building a successful agency from the ground up, selling it and making the transition to coach other agency owners on how they can build and scale their agencies sucessfully. Lee also discusses productization and why it is critical for your agency going forward.
