Episode Synopsis:
After Jill (Patricia Richardson) notices Tim (Tim Allen) checking out an attractive female guest on Tool Time, she bets him that he can't make it through an entire night out at dinner without looking at another woman. Tim takes the bet, but gets more than he bargained for when the restaurant they go to turns out to be full of beautiful women.

Meanwhile, Randy (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) tries to improve his passing skills on the football team.
