In the summer of 1992, just after their high school graduation, Suzie Streeter and Stacy McCall, along with Stacy's friend Sherrill Levitt, disappeared without a trace. The chilling mystery began when Janelle called Suzie's house the next morning to go to the waterpark, only to receive no answer.  After some time with no word from her friends Janelle contacted the police. Officer Rick Bookout arrived at the scene to find a puzzling scenario - the girls' purses were left behind untouched, Sherrill's purse still held money, and there was no evidence of a struggle.
