Today’s guest is a 2007 graduate of C.H. Flowers owns several school records ranging from the 800 meters to the 5k during the Fall Cross Country season. He earned the runner up spot at the Indoor State meet running 1:59.35. His rough and gritty running style led him to boasts School records in Outdoor 1500, 3200, 3000  Indoor 1k, Mile, Top 3 in Cross Country 17:27.

His PR of 1:55.46 is just off the 1:54.91 school record in the 800m.
