We all have a history, a past, a story Often, the details of our experiences are put together in by minds into a story that limits us. Rather than leaving the past experiences where they belong, we let our past define us and keep ourselves from the lives we would like to live. You can let your past define you. Or, you can let it REFINE you. Your past can drive you to create a better future by living a better now.
