E7: What do you do with your free time?

We've gone crazy today!  I recorded this podcast while driving down the interstate.  Talk about authentic and unrehearsed... this is it!  I had a thought and wanted to be sure that I shared it with you while it was fresh on my mind.  I'm talking about... "What do you do when you have some windshield time or free time in between other projects?"  Hope this inspires you to engage in some self-improvement.
