Communion Sermon (Pastor Cedric Lauchner)

In this message, we explore the deep meaning behind the act of Holy Communion. Communion is more than a ritual—it's an opportunity to remember Christ’s ultimate sacrifice, to reflect on the unity we share as the body of Christ, and to proclaim His death and resurrection until He comes again. Together, we will walk through scripture, self-examination, and the sacred symbolism of the bread and cup.

Join us as we:

1. Reflect on the sacrifice of Jesus Christ through Luke 22:19-20.
2. Encourage self-examination, taking to heart the call of 1 Corinthians 11:24-25.
3. Celebrate unity in the body of believers, sharing one bread and one cup, as illustrated in 1 Corinthians 10:16-17.

As we partake in Communion, let’s unite in prayer, thanksgiving, and worship, honoring the Lord’s command to do this in remembrance of Him. Together, we proclaim Christ's love, sacrifice, and promise of new life.
