In Revelation 6-7 Jesus opens the fifth and sixth seals on the heavenly scroll. John sees souls crying out from beneath the bronze altar for vindication followed by a cosmic collapse! God truly does respond to the prayers of His people! But before judgment comes, Jesus makes sure to place His mark on 144,000 from the twelve tribes of Israel.
