When I was first introduced to the concept of “leadership coaching,” I thought it was all about learning to be a better speaker. I thought it was about becoming a convincing and eloquent CEO, so I never thought I needed it. I didn’t realize I could invest my own resources into developing some of the weaker areas in myself to move further in my career.

 

I couldn’t have been more wrong.
