In this episode I share where in my life I was 5 years ago, where I am today and how Reiki played a HUGE part in my path. I talk about; Where I was 5 years ago? I recently moved, just had my 3rd child, working to get a diagnosis and help for my oldest child, struggling with my own anxiety. My current stage of life. I am on my way to finding the right balance in life (I don’t think its ever done/just right, it's always a balancing act), focusing on myself, my spirituality and my health.

Where I was 5 years ago? I recently moved, just had my 3rd child, working to get a diagnosis and help for my oldest child, struggling with my own anxiety.
My current stage of life. I am on my way to finding the right balance in life (I don’t think its ever done/just right, it's always a balancing act), focusing on myself, my spirituality and my health.
What kept my up at night 5 years ago? Anxiety, being an empath (and not knowing it), being a medium (and not knowing it)
What I needed help figuring out 5 years ago? I need to work hard to persevere when it comes to getting the support my kids need, figuring out my boundaries, and energetic protection.
How I solved the problems/what led me to where I am today? Reiki, it all started with Reiki.
