Just this week we had a news story about how businesses are attempting to meet the wage issues of their employees in light of inflationary pressures. Some are instituting more than one annual performance evaluation hoping to increase wages twice a year. But is money always the answer?  My guest is Ro Crosbie the founder and president of Tero International and we're talking about the "The Roll of Professional Development During the Great Resignation".  Here she offers some solid evidence that businesses that continue to develop their talent have much better retention and productivity.
