The Election: Feelings of Grief, Anger and Empowerment

We needed a breather this week because holy hell, the election was a lot to take in. It was hard to continue life as normal when it feels like normalcy has shifted.

Instead of our regularly scheduled episode, join us for 20 minutes in a safe space for everyone to feel communal grief about what happened. But know, that it is also a call to action. We refuse to let this bring us down, we will continue to rise up and demand a world led by love and not hate.
