💖 Taking on the Pain of Others | Episode 15

Episode 15 is all about taking on the pain of others and how it shows up when we are Reinventing Thy Self.

Today I share a story of my son that happened last week.  My motherly, nurturing instincts wanted to immediately pull the pain out of him… 

My heart ached so deeply for him.  

Yet at the same time, I knew the pain was not mine to carry...

This experience with my son got me thinking about how we take on the pain of others when we are reinventing thy self.

Here’s a secret...the pain is not ours to take on…

Our ego mind wants us to believe that is our job.  However, we are hurting others when we don’t allow the person the growth that happens with the pain.
