Market Close 13 May 19: Banks drag ASX 200 into the red

It was a soft start to the new trading week with the ASX 200 ending Monday’s session 13 points or 0.2% weaker to 6297. Financials were the main weight with the big four banks and Macquarie Group all underperforming. Losses were minimised by gains for property trusts, healthcare and telcos.
